Can you share a short description of your company?
I am the CEO of SoLike, which was founded in 2017. We help companies processing customer reviews and giving a quick and multilingual response to these reviews. Lots of our customers are hotels and resorts but we are expanding in other lines of business like real estate, catering, rental and concierge services.
What business problems were you trying to solve?
I was looking for a way to consolidate information coming from 30 to 40 different persons. All working for one of my client. Data should be collected easily and we should be able to export it in an Excel file.
Have you considered other solutions? Why did you choose RowShare over any other alternative?
I considered Airtable and TypeForm. But these solutions were solving only a part of my problem when RowShare was solving in its entirety.
How did you solve this problem before RowShare ?
For over a year, the information we wanted to consolidate was sent by email and we were copy-pasting this information in an Excel file. That is what urged me to find a solution.
