Track changes made to your table and have all change history available. We will show you how to build your own history log with Zapier, a tool that allow you to connect RowShare with 1,000+ apps to automate tasks.
For example, you work in a software development team and no software can claim bug-free. You use a table to record, track and centralize all your bugs information in one place. Every time a modification regarding a bug is made, such as repro step, status, priority or else, you want to be able to know what kind of modification is made at what time. Keep your table’s changes history, such as time of modification, which rows are modified and what modifications are effectuated.

How It Works
With Zapier, every time anyone adds or modifies a record in your table, that new record or modification will be added automatically in another table. That way you have a history of changes made to your table. Another benefit is, you can copy rows to another table where other users can’t modify it. Firstly, you need to create another table where all activities in your table will be stored. Then, once you have both of your tables, let’s make a zap!Let’s Make A Zap
In Zapier, there are action and trigger. In this case the trigger is when a row is added or modified in a RowShare table, and the action is, a new row will be added to another RowShare table.
